Hello Freinds...I have been working on some new projects. I finally did some painting this summer after a long time. It's actually been 3 years! But I've been working on my digital art skills. I actually got commisioned to do 3 book covers for an author recently. One is finished. I am pretty limited in what  I can do on my own creatively on the 1st as the author had very specific needs for her cover and provided my with the photos and graphics to use hereself. The second I have a little more room to play and the 3rd I pretty much did my own version of her vision for the cover. I think there will be more and she will probably allow me to co

Hello and I am visiting to search fellow Deviant's galleries for Stock photos and as always love seeing all of the wonderful displays of talent. Busy..busy with grandchildren and have done one painting for someone that wanted a Thumbprint tree for a wedding guest book. Felt good to paint again. Also have been commissioned to do 3 book covers for an author which has been a very nice challenge. A first for me as far as getting paid for any of my work. Will to take some time looking at those of you on my watch list and see what everyone has been up to!

It's very cold...down to -14 degrees tonight! Also the Green Bay Packers won the superbowl last night. Of little importance compared to other things like what is going on in Egypt. But it is at least happy news for fans of the team. I live here in Green Bay and the fans here are a breed of their own!! I hated football my whole life. My Dad could never get enough of it. He's gone now but I'm sure he still can't believe that I really love it now too. Never thought in a million
